Contest Rules

1. A photo of your current AC unit must be included with your entry. If you do not have a AC unit installed at your residence, take a photo of where you feel you would like to have a unit installed  and upload that.
2. Heart FM will make a random draw from all the valid entries received by Noon on Friday June 24 2022. 
3. Prize is a Lennox Merit series 13ACX air conditioning unit and must be taken as offered and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. 
4. A typical installation includes: New A/C condenser unit, Indoor matching coil, new copper line set. High and Low voltage wiring, Outdoor unit on patio stone or wall brackets.
5. A site visit will be required to make sure the a/c can be installed properly and to determine the size.
6. Heart FM's only obligation is to run the contest, promote in on Heart FM, draw the winner, and announce that on air on Friday June 24. 
7. Byrnes Communications staff and staff of 104.7 Heart FM are not eligible to enter this contest.
