Algonquin took home their 6th medal in 12 years at the TVDSB championship finals
The Algonquin boys basketball team were winners as the Thames Valley championships over the weekend.
The boys captured the bronze medal in the Thames Valley AAA finals Saturday with a 42-41 overtime victory against Northridge Public School.
Algonquin made an appearance at the TVDSB finals for the 12th consecutive year, setting a Board record. This is their 6th medal in their bid for Board Championship.
