OPP believe they've solved a rash of break-ins in Oxford County and Wilmot Township. 25-year-old Cornelius Dendekker, of no fixed address, was arrested on a warrant on Wednesday. He's been charged with 4-counts of break and enter, 2-counts of possession of stolen property, and one charge of theft under $5000. Police say the investigation began in mid-January, after break-ins in Blandford Blenheim and Norwich Township. Police say they've linked him to another break-in in Wilmot Township of Waterloo Region.
