The INN offers 24 beds for those who need a place to stay for the night and it operated at close to full capacity at the end of April.
WOODSTOCK - Oxford County Council is about to get an update on the current status of The INN overnight shelter in Woodstock.
It runs out of Old St. Paul's Church in Woodstock. The shelter currently opens at 7:30 p.m. each night and closes at 8:00 a.m. each morning, but Operation Sharing is currently in the process of converting it to a 24/7 operation.
The shelter also was able to expand its bed capacity from 12 to 24 back in January. It also operated at close to full capacity at the end of April.
Council will look over the full report from county staff during this morning's meeting. It will start at 9:30 a.m. and you can live stream the meeting online here. You can also read the report online here.
