A 32-year-old resident of Tillsonburg is facing charges. Oxford OPP conducted a traffic stop on Broadway in the town. It was determined the driver had been drinking, and impaired driving charges were laid.
TILLSONBURG - A traffic stop in Tillsonburg has led to charges.
Oxford OPP were on patrol at 1:10 a.m. on Sunday, September 3rd and noticed a vehicle driving erratically on Broadway.
Officers conducted a traffic stop, and it was determined the driver had been drinking. An Approved Screen Device was administered, and the driver was then put under arrest. The driver was then taken to the detachment for further testing.
As a result, 32-year-old Mark Rossignol of Tillsonburg has been charged with Operation while Impaired, and Operation while Impaired - Blood Concentration (80 plus).
He will answer to his charges in Woodstock Court at a later date.
