The downtown BIA seeks assistance in locating stolen decorations.
WOODSTOCK - The downtown Woodstock BIA is reaching out to citizens to catch the Grinch who stole Christmas decorations from the Dundas Street area.
In a statement issued on the BIA Facebook page, a total of 8 decorations were stolen from cement planters along the city's downtown street.
"I just filed a police report with the Woodstock Police. Sometime over the weekend, thieves made away with 8 of our Topiary Christmas Decorations that were in the cement planters along Dundas Street! Unbelievable. I just had them in place for the Santa Claus Parade! Shame on You. They are the only one's around - you cannot buy them in a store. If you see them please call Woodstock Police." - Facebook
The decorations help to brighten up the Downtown core in time for the Holiday season.
