Police have charged a 35 year old man from Ingersoll with Careless Driving after finding a car upside down in the ditch in Perth South.
INGERSOLL - A 35 year old man from Ingersoll has been charged with careless driving after a vehicle rollover in the Township of Perth South.
Police say the car went into the ditch on Line 16 on Saturday morning around 5. Police were called by a passerby who noticed the car was flipped upside down in the ditch. When officers arrived, the airbags in the car had been deployed, however the driver was no where to be found.
Officers eventually located the driver, who had apparently exited the vehicle and walked to a friends house. The man was found to have only suffered minor injuries and no medical attention was required.
He was charged with Careless Driving under the Highway Traffic Act.
