Norfolk OPP have charged a 42-year-old man from Brant County with several offences including pointing a firearm, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and uttering threats.
WATERFORD - A 42 year old from Brant County is facing several charges after a firearm was drawn in Waterford.
Police were called to a home on Main Street South on Monday afternoon just before 2:00 p.m.
Thomas Christopher Hangyasi of Brant County was charged with the following:
- Pointing a firearm,
- Possession of weapon for dangerous purpose,
- Uttering threats - cause death or bodily harm,
- Mischief - destroys of damages property, and
- Fail to comply with probation order.
