Many people came out as the Ingersoll District Chamber of Commerce put on the annual Breakfast with the Mayor.
INGERSOLL - It was a packed house for the annual Breakfast with the Mayor in Ingersoll.
The event is put on every year by the Ingersoll District Chamber of Commerce. Mayor Ted Comiskey was in attendance to speak to the business crowd and talked about Ingersoll's commitment to work with the community on the directions of the Town.
"Over the past two years Ingersoll has committed itself to going out into the community to get support and direction from the community itself. We now have committees set up whether it's the trail committee, biking committee, arena committee, dog park committee, festival committees, we have all these committees set up now that have community people on them and not just administration and council."
Comiskey says it was great to see so many people from the business community come out for the breakfast. He notes it was a great opportunity for him to explain the direction that the Town is heading.
