Police have charged a 47 year old man with aggravated assault and uttering death threats after an incident in Courtland on Saturday night.
COURTLAND - Norfolk OPP have charged a 47 year old man after an assault in Courtland.
Police say a verbal confrontation got out of hand on Saturday night and turned physical. Robert Jacobus Boeder has been charged with aggravated assault and uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm. The assault apparently happened on Saturday and wasn't reported to police until Monday afternoon.
Boeder was eventually charged after an investigation on Wednesday.
