The 45-year-old man was charged on Main Street in Courtland.
COURTLAND - A prohibited driver is once again off the road.
Shortly after 8 pm last night on Main Street in Courtland, Norfolk OPP initiated a traffic stop following an alert on the Automated Licence Plate Recognition system.
It was determined the 45-year-old man from Norfolk County was prohibited from driving. He has now been charged with Operation while prohibited under the Criminal Code, and Drive motor vehicle, no currently validated permit.
He will appear at the Simcoe Courthouse in February.
