A few questions still need to be answered when it comes to the Otterville Municipal Building.
OTTERVILLE - Norwich Township is still pondering what to do with the Otterville Municipal Building.
They have two options to consider. Option A would be to tear down the building and use the area for parking. Option B is to sell the building and sever off the land so they could still use a portion of it for parking. Mayor Larry Martin tells Heart FM they have had an offer from someone who wants to buy the building.
"I mean if it weren't for that it would make the decision a lot easier, we do have someone who wants to buy the property, which is helpful in a way but we also need parking in Otterville. We have a definite need for parking in Otterville especially over by the park where the old township office is, there is ball games, swimming pool and all that is going on."
Council is expecting a report from staff on the issue soon, possibly as soon as the April 26th council meeting.
