A school bus driver has died after their empty bus left the road and hit several trees in South Walsingham yesterday afternoon.
UPDATE: The deceased has been identified as 49 year old Kari-Anne Michelle Wills of Norfolk County.

SOUTH WALSINGHAM - The Norfolk OPP is investigating a fatal crash involving a school bus in South Walsingham.
Officers responded to the single-vehicle crash at around 4:00 p.m. yesterday.
The bus was driving along County Road 23 when it left the road, entered the ditch and hit several trees. The driver was the only person in the bus at this time and they were taken to a local hospital with serious injuries before they died. Their identity has not been made public at this time as police notify their close friends and family.
No further details have been released and we will continue to update this story as it develops. Anyone with information should contact the Norfolk OPP.
