Oxford OPP are investigating after an individual on a dirt bike did a burnout on the Pride Crosswalk in Tillsonburg, now asking for the public's help in finding a suspect.
OXFORD COUNTY - Members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Oxford detachment are investigating a mischief incident in Tillsonburg.
Police were notified of a mischief to the Pride Crosswalk on Bridge Street.
Video footage shows that, at around 11:50 p.m., on Monday, May 27, an individual on a red and white dirt bike drove onto the boardwalk using the rotation of the rear tire to remove paint and cause damage to the wood.
The suspect is described as wearing a black helmet with the visor up, a light coloured hooded sweatshirt with small white lettering on the chest and across the entire back, jeans, and dark coloured shoes or boots.
The dirt bike is described as red and white. No plate was observed.
