SIMCOE - Seven people were arrested and two are facing drug trafficking charges after a search warrant was issued at a home in Simcoe.
Police say they seized a quantity of illicit drugs including purple fentanyl and methamphetamine at the home on Millcroft Drive.
Charged with the following offences is 60-year-old Samuel J. Gervais of Norfolk County, Ontario:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking Fentanyl
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking Methamphetamine
- Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime under $5,000
- Fail to comply with recognizance
Charged with the following offences is 41-year-old Jason Lee Winter of Norfolk County, Ontario:
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking Fentanyl
- Possession for the purpose of trafficking Methamphetamine
- Fail to comply with probation order (2 counts)
Two other men and one woman are also facing possession charges after the bust.
