Ingersoll Oxford Realty goes corporate, joins RE/MAX
There's a merger taking place today in the Ingersoll Real Estate landscape.
After 30-years as an independent company, Ingersoll Oxford Realty is joining RE/MAX a-b Realty.
The signage was changed this morning outside of 46 Charles St., where the 10 agents will continue to work out of under the RE/MAX brand.
Broker of Record John Wolfe says the agents see it as a positive development. "They've been looking to grow their business and part of that is being affiliated with a national brand. They like the RE/MAX brand and the exposure it brings...it's the biggest brand in Canada."
They'll also have more access to the latest technology and training that RE/MAX offers. "They're going to be up to date on all the new technology that comes out, anything that changes with social media, advertising programs, so they get real first exposure to those type of products that you don't get with an independent company."
The 10 realtors with the former Ingersoll Oxford Realty (below) join RE/MAX a-b Realty team of Stratford, St. Mary's, Norwich and Woodstock to form a total of 71 Realtors.
