There was a Norfolk OPP presence in the areas of Gibralter Street in Delhi.
UPDATE: The hold and secure has since been lifted.
Constable Andrew Gamble posted a video on the OPP West Region X page shortly after 9:30 a.m. He said OPP officers were called out Gibralter Street shortly after 7:00 a.m. today after receiving a report of someone armed with a weapon in the area.
Gamble says that person has since been arrested without incident.

DELHI - An active police investigation is underway in Delhi.
The Norfolk OPP posted on the OPP West Region X page at around 8:10 a.m. today, asking people to stay away from the areas of Gibralter Street and Crossier Street, and Gibralter and Ewell Street.
Residents in the area are being told to shelter in place and keep their children at home from school this morning.
No further details have been released at this time, but we will update this article once we have more information.
