A 34-year-old from Brantford has been charged after a single vehicle crash on Highway 24 in Waterford.
WATERFORD - No one was hurt, but charges have been laid after a single-vehicle crash in Waterford.
Norfolk OPP officers were called out to Highway 24 shortly before 1:00 a.m. today. They say the driver was taken into custody after undergoing a roadside sobriety assessment.
The 34-year-old from Brantford has since been charged with being a novice driver with a blood alcohol level over zero. They were also charged with careless driving, and failure or refusal to comply with demand.
They have a court date in Simcoe later this month.
