Norfolk OPP had to bust out the spike belt to help them catch a couple of car thieves today.
NORFOLK COUNTY - Norfolk OPP had to bust out a spike belt to help them catch a couple of car thieves today.
Police say they arrested a 22 year old man and 30 year old female who were driving a stolen truck. Officers were able to catch them after using a spike belt to slow them down.
Both people are facing a litany of charges. More updates are expected later today.
