$28,779.85 raised for the United Way Thursday morning
WOODSTOCK - Nearly 29 thousand dollars was raised Thursday as part of the United Way Student Stair Climb.
The fundraiser which was held at the Woodstock Community Complex raised almost 8 thousand dollars more than last year's event.
Ingersoll District Collegiate Institute was once again named top school fundraiser with IDCI student Hayley Fairbairn the top student fundraiser with $2380.
College Avenue Secondary School won the on ice challenges.
