About 60 superheroes will be in town to celebrate Woodstock Spider-Mans birthday on Saturday.
WOODSTOCK - Streetfest continues today in Downtown Woodstock.
Just a heads up this means Dundas Street will be closed from Bay St. to Van Ave. until Sunday for Streetfest.
Plenty of music is lined up for the next couple of days and then tomorrow they have a special attraction with Superheroes for the kids. About 60 superheroes will be in town to celebrate Woodstock Spiderman's birthday. Spiderman was on the Lainger show this morning and says everyone is welcome to come by and say on his birthday.
"We will be hanging out on Dundas Street, taking pictures and we even have some free cake. Don't bring Spider-Man a birthday present, I know it's my birthday but I don't need any presents. Bring a donation for the Woodstock food bank, last year we were able to raise 1000 pounds and if we can double that, it would be even better."
He adds Superheroes are coming from all across Canada and even the United States for Woodstock Spider-Man's birthday at Streetfest on Saturday.
