DELHI - Police are searching for a man who assaulted a teenager in Delhi.
OPP say four teens were hanging out near the Delhi Secondary School on Tuesday night when the man approached. The suspect showed up walking through the school grounds towards a van parked nearby. One of the teens asked him the driver in the van was waiting for him. At this time the suspect attacked the teen and then fled in the van when the female driver yelled at him to stop.
The vehicle is described as a grey coloured Honda Odyssey Van. The driver is a woman in her 50's.
The suspect is a white man, about 5'6 to 5'7, approximately 20-30 years of age with a thin to medium build, shaved brown hair with a left nasal piercing and gold generic earrings in both ears. He was wearing a florescent neon green shirt with a grey design on the front, light brown shorts and flip flop sandals.
Anyone with information on this incident is asked to contact Norfolk OPP or Crime Stoppers.
