The town of Tillsonburg will host their annual Strategic Plan Open House at the Community Centre on Monday April 18th from 4pm-7pm.
TILLSONBURG - The public is invited to a Strategic Plan Open House at the Tillsonburg Community Centre on Monday April 18th.
Tillsonburg's mayor and councillors will be in attendance and they will inform the public about future projects, and to update them on the progress of other initiatives. Mayor Stephen Molnar tells Heart FM why the public should attend.
"It's about engagement. It's about reaching out and providing the opportunity to listen, understanding the successes we have had as a shared environment but then also learning about what the opportunities and issues are. How we can work better together and continue to make Tillsonburg a great place."
A new logo for the town of Tillsonburg will also be revealed. Molnar gives us the details.
"The colours, the logo, really in support of an entire brand story and something that was really created from the people of the community. It's not driven by council or senior management; it was actually an evolution by the community of the whole."
The open house will begin at 4pm and will run until 7pm. The new logo will be revealed at 5:30pm.
