The Oxford OPP has charged a 47-year-old man from Tillsonburg with one count of theft under $5,000 after several Pride flags were stolen in Norwich earlier this month.
NORWICH - The Oxford OPP has charged another person in relation to the theft of Pride Progress flags in Norwich.
A 47-year-old man from Tillsonburg is now facing a charge of theft under $5,000
Police charged a 16-year-old from Norwich Township with two counts of theft under $5,000 earlier this week. His name has not been made public in accordance to the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
The Oxford OPP responded to several reports of Pride flags being stolen or vandalized on Stover Street between May 20th and May 24th.
The investigation is still ongoing at this time, as officers try to identify other individuals who may be responsible.
