A one year old girl has succumbed to her injuries and four other family members were badly injured after a tragic backyard fire in Bayham last week.
VIENNA - A one year old girl has died, following a tragic family fire at a home on Vienna Line in the Municipality of Bayham.
The fire incident happened last Monday night when the family of five was enjoying a campfire. A diesel can of gas exploded injuring all four family members. The 1 year old girl succumbed to her injuries three days later in the hospital.
A 4 year your old boy and a 7 year old girl also suffered life-threatening injuries. The parents were also badly hurt.
No update has been given on the other members of the family and the criminal investigation branch is still investigating, along with the coroner's office.
