A show that brings together classic cars and aircraft's is returning to Tillsonburg Airport.
TILLSONBURG - Have you ever wanted to ride a Harvard aircraft?
Wings and Wheels is returning to Tillsonburg Airport and that could be your opportunity.
Director of Public Relations for the Canadian Harvard Aircraft Association, Terry Scott says it is a fun event for the whole family.
"We're excited because it brings together not only a lot of classic vehicles; cars, trucks and even sometimes tanks, but also allows us to showcase our aircraft, the Harvard, Which was an instrumental part of Canadian aviation history during the Second World War."
Scott says there will be lots to do at the event.
"Not only come out and see these vehicles, and see our aircraft fly and possibly enjoy a flight experience. But we have other activities such as a silent auction, we have some door prizes and the key thing to remember is there is no admission charge. We simply ask for a donation to help keep our yellow birds flying."
There will also be hanger tours, and a BBQ lunch.
The event is on September 8th from 9am till 4pm.
