Woodstock Police arrested a 53 year old man and charged him with several counts including assault with intent to resist.
WOODSTOCK - A Woodstock man is facing several charges after Woodstock Police Service Criminal Intelligence and Drug Enforcement Unit arrested him in connection with a drug trafficking investigation. WPS seized $4,000 worth of cocaine, crack cocaine and Canadian currency.
The man has been charged with the following:
- 2 counts of possession of a controlled substance for the purpose of trafficking.
- 2 counts of assault with intent to resist arrest.
- 1 count of possession of property obtained by crime.
