A Woodstock man is facing a number of charges after getting pulled over in Perth County.
WOODSTOCK - A 44 year old man from Woodstock has been charged with impaired driving.
Police say they stopped a vehicle on Friday morning on Perth Road 121 north of Millbank. Officers at the scene felt the driver was showing signs of impairment and he was taken to the Stratford Police station where he allegedly failed two breath tests.
The man was charged with impaired driving, driving with more than 80 mgs of alcohol in blood and driving while under suspension.
His driver’s licence was suspended for 90 days and his Ford Explorer was impounded for a period of seven days as per statue.
