The new owners of the old Hydro One building on Graham Street would like to turn it into a six to 12-storey building with 100 residential units.
WOODSTOCK - The City of Woodstock has decided to sell the old Hydro One building located at 16 Graham Street.
City Council approved the sale to Arnold Spina and The Cora Group for $1,000,000 during yesterday's meeting. The new owners are planning on turning it into a six to 12-storey building with 100 residential units.
The City received proposals from two other parties while the building was on the market, but decided this proposal best suited the council's goals for the downtown.
