It's one of the last chances for you to have your say on Woodstock's Strategic Plan. The process that began a year ago is now wrapping up with the final public input meeting. Mayor Pat Sobeski says what's been developed will be on display at Goff Hall on Wednesday. "There's no set presentation time. You drop in between 4:30 and 8PM at Goff Hall. There will be people there (councillors, city staff, consultants), there will different boards set up with different sections of the plan. So it's an opportunity for people to come in, one-on-one and ask their individual questions. That's the way we've set up this public meeting." The public comment period continues until February 8th. The consultant that's been working with the city on the Strategic Plan will then produce the final draft for council's approval in the next couple of months. The Plan will set out future priorities for the city in the short, medium and long term that focus on the community, economy and environment.
