A rare Sunday night traffic jam on the 401 just outside of Woodstock after a 7 car collision.
WOODSTOCK - Nobody was seriously injured after a 7 car pile up on the 401 just outside of Woodstock.
Oxford OPP were called to the 401 Eastbound lane near Sweaburg Road on Sunday night. Two vehicles collided causing the chain reaction, which involved seven vehicles.
Two people in the crash were taken to the hospital with minor injuries. Traffic was backed up for several hours, as all three eastbound lanes were closed for one hour.
The highway didn't re-open until 9:00 pm on Sunday night.
