OPP had to use three cruisers to stop a burning vehicle at the ONroute Sunday night. The driver was air lifted to the trauma centre in Toronto with life threatening injuries.
WOODSTOCK - A 41 year old man from Brantford was airlifted to the trauma hospital in Toronto after their vehicle caught fire just outside of Woodstock.
OPP were called to the East bound ONroute between Woodstock and Ingersoll around 10:30 Sunday night. The call came in saying a person and a vehicle were on fire. Three police cruisers were damaged trying to get the burning vehicle to stop.
Once they finally got the vehicle to stop, the driver and only occupant was rushed to the hospital by Ornge Air Ambulance.
