Member of the Chamber of Commerce Mary Ellen Couwenburg explains what will be served.
"We've kept everything as local as possible, so we've got some nice wine, 4 local beer, JP's is offering us some whiskey sours, some special caesars and we also have 13 local caterers and restaurants who are bringing beef sliders dill pickle pizza, and blueberry dessert."
Admission into the event will cost $15 you can get your tickets at Millards, Rick's Carpet, Just Go Travel, Veldale Farms or Malcom Excavating, or call Couwenberg at 519-476-6172
Couwenberg says that all the food and drink is both quality and cheap.
"Once you get in the door we will be selling tokens at $2 a piece, and you can go around to the local vendors and they are only charging up to 2 tokens, so no food will be over $4."
It will go from 5:30 to 9:30 PM this Thursday at the Norwich Community Centre.
