A single-vehicle collision leads to an Oxford County woman being charged.
DELHI - Norfolk OPP have laid a charge after a single-vehicle collision.
Officers responded to Highway 3 in Delhi on Sunday just before 1:40 a.m. Officers talked with the driver, and then arrested the 29-year-old Oxford County woman, who sustained minor injuries.
She is facing one count of failure or refusal to comply with a demand, and will have a court appearance next month in Simcoe.
