The Norfolk OPP is investigating an incident that sent one person to hospital with life-altering injuries.
WATERFORD - An 18-year-old has been charged with aggravated assault in Waterford.
This comes after the Norfolk OPP responded to a disturbance on Main Street North at around 4:30 p.m. on Tuesday January 2nd.
Police say the 18-year-old was involved in a verbal dispute that eventually turned into a physical altercation. Someone was assaulted with a weapon and they had to be taken to hospital with life-altering injuries.
