Woodstock Police have charged two people after a 49-year-old man was found with serious but non-life threatening injuries in the Main Street and Finkle Street area Friday night.
WOODSTOCK - Two people have been charged in an assault investigation in downtown Woodstock.
Police found a 49-year-old man with serious but non-life threatening injuries in the Finkle Street and Main Street area at around 7:20 p.m. on Friday December 16th.
He was taken to hospital and officers arrested a 40-year-old man and a 36-year-old woman afterward. They have both been charged with assault with a weapon, aggravated assault, forcible confinement, and failure to comply with undertaking.
The 40-year-old man was also charged with failing to comply with probation.
