A colouring contest is underway and an Easter egg hunt will be taking place in Drumbo Park on Saturday
DRUMBO - Drumbo is having a special Easter celebration with some fun activities.
The Lions Club of Drumbo is hosting the event at Drumbo Park from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. Make sure to bring your own basket to the event, as they are not providing any.
There is also an Easter colouring contest going on with prizes going out to four different age categories; under 4, 5 to 8, 9 to 12 and 12 to 16. The colouring pages are available at Tito's Pizza, Morrow's of Drumbo and Drumbo Pharmacy and you can return them to those locations once they're finished. There's only one entry per child and pages will be accepted until 5:00 p.m. tomorrow.
The winners of the colouring contest will be announced before the egg hunt, with prizes being given out.
More information can be found online here.
The villages of Bright and Plattsville will also have Easter egg hunts taking place, and you can find all of the details in the Facebook post below.
