Oxford County - An extreme cold weather warning is in effect for Woodstock, Tillsonburg and the rest of Oxford County with windchill bringing the temperature to as low as minus 35 this morning.
Cover up as frostbite can develop within minutes on exposed skin, especially with wind chill.
Be sure to check on older family, friends and neighbours.
Keep emergency supplies in your vehicle such as extra blankets and jumper cables to help keep safe while on the road.
If it's too cold for you to stay outside, it's too cold for your pet to stay outside.
