A R.I.D.E. check in Woodstock results in one man being charged.
WOODSTOCK - The Woodstock Police laid a charge of a RIDE check in the city.
Yesterday at 8:30 p.m., officers were in the area of Van Ave and Tecumseh Street when they noticed the driver and passenger of a vehicle trying to switch spots. A 36-year-old Woodstock man is now facing a charge of operation while impaired with a blood alcohol concentration of 80 plus as a result of the investigation.
He will have a future court date and was handed a licence suspension.
