Lots to Discover at Home & Garden SpringFest

Get some tips about home improvement, meet contractors, and even win some big prizes this weekend at the Home & Garden Springfest.

TILLSONBURG - Spring has sprung and the Tillsonburg Home and Garden Springfest can help you with your renovations.

Organizer Dev Chmarney says they will have everything from hot tubs, to stonework, and all kinds of contractors.

"We've got exhibitors that will take care of any part of your home that you would like to have done: inside renovations, outside renovations, just everything that you can think of under the sun."

Chmarney says there are also some big door prizes up for grabs.

"Each day we're giving away a door prize worth $500. A patio lounge set, a Muskoka barbeque fire pit, and a barbeque and accessories."

"The show is being held at the Tillsonburg Arena at the Colin Campbell Community Arena and on Friday we open 4 p.m. - 9 p.m., Saturday is 11 a.m. - 8 p.m. and Sunday is 11 a.m. - 4 p.m," Chmarney says. "Admission is $5 for adults, and kids under 18 are free with an adult."

The Tillsonburg Fair Board will also be on hand serving up some tasty treats.
