Woodstock Mayor Trevor Birtch appeared in a virtual London courtroom this morning.
UPDATE: Trevor Birtch's court case has been adjourned once again.
The Woodstock Mayor will return to the virtual London courtroom on Monday, November 14th.
During his court appearance this morning, Birtch's lawyer James Battin requested the matter be adjourned for another month because he was still awaiting disclosure from the crown. The request was granted.

WOODSTOCK/LONDON - The court case against Woodstock Mayor Trevor Birtch continues today.
Birtch is due back in a virtual London courtroom this morning alongside his lawyer James Battin. The Woodstock Mayor is facing assault charges in two separate London Police investigations.
News of the first set of charges broke in February. He is facing one count of assault and two counts of sexual assault in that case. The second set of charges was laid in April and Birtch is facing three counts of sexual assault in that investigation.
