WOODSTOCK - London Police have laid additional charges against Woodstock Mayor Trevor Birtch.
In April, members of the London Police Sexual Assault and Child Abuse Section charged the Mayor after an ongoing sexual assault investigation.
47-year-old Trevor Birtch was charged with three counts of sexual assault. Police state the victim and the accused are known to each other.
Birtch will answer these charges in a London Courtroom on July 4.
These charges are separate from ones filed against the Mayor earlier this year.
In February Birtch was charged with assault, sexual assault, and sexual assault with choking. He will answer these charges on May 2nd in London.
