OXFORD COUNTY - Oxford County has named a new Chief of Paramedic Services.
Ryan Hall brings with him 23 years of experience in paramedic services, with 13 of those being spent in Oxford County. He started his career with the Middlesex-London Paramedic Services and worked with the OPP as a Tactical Paramedic before joining Oxford as Superintendent of Operations in 2010.
In a press release, Hall gave insight into what he wants to see in the County as Chief.
"As I step into the role of Chief, my priority is to construct a future-focused strategic blueprint, concentrated on building a robust infrastructure, fortifying resources, optimizing staffing, refining medical directives and creating new models of care, and strengthening community partnerships. Our goal, as we navigate the post-COVID landscape and look towards the future, is to continually adapt and rise to any challenges and opportunities that come our way, thereby ensuring that Oxford County Paramedic Services is always ready to serve our growing and diverse community in the best possible way."
Hall stepped into the role of Acting Chief in September 2022 after former Chief Ben Addley was promoted to CAO.
