Norfolk OPP are looking for the public's help in locating a missing Waterford man. 47 year-old John Phillip Bradshaw, known as Phil, was last seen February 16th around 3:15 am. Family members are concerned for his well being as he left the residence unprepared for the weather and has not been seen or heard from since. Bradshaw is described as a white male, about 6'4", 220 lbs, with blue eyes, a brush cut, grey hair and goatee. He was last seen wearing brown jeans, white t-shirt and a camouflage jacket with a baseball cap. Anyone with information is asked to call Norfolk OPP at 1-888-310-1122.
