The Crew RC Riding Club and Unifor Local 636 distributed 70 Christmas dinner boxes to families in need over the weekend.
OXFORD COUNTY - Seventy families will be able to enjoy a delicious meal this holiday season thanks to the Crew RC Riding Club and Unifor Local 636.
They distributed a total of 70 Christmas dinner boxes to local families on Saturday. All of the recipients were nominated by members of the community.
Each box contained enough food to feed about four to six people and they had everything from the turkey right down to the dessert. The boxes also contained gift cards for kids and cat/dog treats for pet owners.
The Crew RC Riding Club and Unifor Local 636 distributed 56 Christmas dinner boxes back in 2020, feeding about 148 people in total.
