Emergency crews called to a Dundas Apartment early this morning.
Tenants were able to extinguish an apartment fire before any substantial damage could be done.
Emergency officials were called around 3 Tuesday morning to a report of a fire at 401 Dundas Street.
The fire was out when officials arrived but they stayed on scene to help ventilate the apartment from smoke.
No one was home at the time.
Damage is pegged at $1000.
