Tillsonburg Councillor Brian Stephenson is looking for a fourth term on town council.
Voters in Tillsonburg have another candidate to consider for the town councillor jobs.
Councillor Brian Stephenson has filed his nomination papers to run again. He said he brings to the table the experience of a three-term councillor.
"I think I have pretty good logic, pretty good common sense," Stephenson said. "I ask a lot of questions, I try to do my homework ahead of the meetings to find out what the factors are that we're dealing with."
Tillsonburg's main issues according to Stephenson include transportation in and out of town.
"We need more transportation within town and to get people to appointments etcetera outside of town," he said.
Tillsonburg's municipal offices are currently located in the second floor of the Tillsonburg Town Centre Mall.
"We're looking at our options to see if we're going to build our own town hall or move into another facility," Stephenson said.
Stephenson said growing Tillsonburg's economy remains "very important."
Stephenson believes the town needs to "make sure we have the right opportunities for businesses to come to town, both commercial and industrial."
