Police have retrieved a stolen vehicle in Tillsonburg that was found abandoned on Simcoe Street.
TILLSONBURG - Police responded to a call concerning an abandoned vehicle in the Town of Tillsonburg.
On January 22, 2024, at approximately 4:00 p.m., police received a report of an abandoned vehicle on Simcoe Street in the Town of Tillsonburg.
Police confirmed that the vehicle had been stolen, four nights prior, from an address in Sweaburg. The vehicle was returned to the owner.
Police are continuing to investigate and is seeking assistance from the public. If anyone has any information regarding this incident, they are being asked to contact the Oxford OPP Detachment at 1-888-310-1122.
