Theatre Woodstock has received $5,700 worth of legacy funding.
WOODSTOCK - Theatre Woodstock has elevated its musical experience thanks to funding from the Oxford Community Foundation.
Emil Wijnker, Interim Board President of Theatre Woodstock, says the local theatre has received $3,200 from the B&R George Fund and $2,500 from the William & Mary Mackesy Fund.
"Theatre Woodstock is deeply grateful to The B&R George Fund and the William & Mary Mackesy Fund for their commitment to the arts. Their support ensures that we can deliver an unforgettable theatre experience while fostering the talent and passion of our performers and musicians."
The theatre's production of Cabaret debuted this weekend and it features a live orchestra. There's only four performances left and tickets can be purchased on the Theatre Woodstock website online here.
