Two Tillsonburg residents have now been charged in connection with a crash between a pick-up truck, and a horse and buggy last year. It was back on November 27th, when the collision happened on Oxford Road 13 in Norwich Township. The collision seriously injured two men from the Amish community, who were in the buggy. The investigation has concluded with charges today against 31-year-old Jacobo Kauenhoffen of Tillsonburg. He's charged with two counts of Dangerous Operation Causing Bodily Harm, and highway traffic offences for careless driving, and driving while under suspension. 30-year-old Jessica Kauenhoffen is charged with permitting an unlicensed person to drive.
